CIS Support Maintenance  

CIS offers various types of maintenance contracts. Anywhere from hourly time, block time to yearly contracts. We guarantee to have a highly trained technician on-site within 4 hours from when the service call has been placed.

Hourly Time
Services billed on a flat hourly rate. Usually used for small projects and/or break-fix situations.

This service option is available to customers who wish to be billed on a straight hourly basis. This is usually how most of our new customers get started with our service. This service is best for emergencies and small projects.

Our regular hourly rate is during the business hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday thru Friday.

Block Time
Several different blocks of time are available to meet your needs. Blocks of time insure the highest possible service levels and give our close partners the best possible discounts.

Many of our customers use Block Time arrangements. Blocks of time are pre-purchased hours that can be used for any purpose and will never expire. This financial commitment from the customer guarantees the highest possible availability. Blocks of time can be purchased in larger quantities for a larger discount.

Maintenance Contracts
We offer several different options, anywhere from 1 to 5 year contracts. This type of contract can cover many different aspects anywhere from hardware, software and administration needs. Please contact one of our sales personnel for more information.
